The first step for the Cash Dynamic's team is to fully understand the client's cash handling issues by asking the right questions. This could be cash issues that relate to shrinkage, discrepancies, security, productivity, over handling, current processes, excessive bank charges or a combination of all of these, Cash Dynamic's is able to provide an effective solution either directly at the till or in a back-office environment. It can be a simplistic, stand-alone, low cost solution through to something much more sophisticated.

One of Cash Dynamic's specialties is to re-configure existing devices that may have been acquired through other suppliers with a view to increasing their processing capabilities, optimising efficiencies, meeting new ergonomic requirements and thereby adding real value to the original investment.

In addition, new, unique and patented inventions have evolved adding real value as well reducing costs within the cash handling and processing arena:

  • Cash Dynamic's new Cash Harvester solution is able to interface with almost any two-pocket note counter/authenticator. Notes are securely transferred, at high speed (800 + notes per minute) from the note counter's lower hopper directly into our Cash Harvester.Under control these notes are neatly stacked into a secure tamper evident CiT type bag

  • The bag is sealed/welded within the Cash Harvester and instantly ready for CiT collection

  • A variety of processing options are available via the value counter/scanner e.g. mixed deposit processing, fitness sorting, ready for recycling within the store etc

  • Cash Harvester does not however directly integrate with a two-pocket value counter/scanner. Each device retains its independence

  • Cash security and integrity is assured from the moment notes are deposited until they are sealed within the secure bag

  • Cash Harvester is in effect a secure back-office cash processing and bagging solution

Cash Dynamic's cash solutions extend to a range of Till Skimming Devices (TSDs) which are designed to secure, bag and process surplus cash. The increasing risk of till snatches, hold-ups, staff pilferage and collusion is of growing concern to many retailers.

Cash Dynamic's devices sit directly in the vicinity of the till point allowing for skimming to take place regularly throughout the day. TSDs can be designed to be as simple or sophisticated as a client requires. At the extreme, the Cash Dynamic's TSD-1000 which is a relatively simple till skimming deposit device, through to the Cash Dynamic's TSDi which incorporates note authentication, processing, cash management and the electronic transfer of information to remote points e.g. back-office, central office, cash centre or bank.
