3M CLEAN-TRACE SURFACE PROTEIN PLUS TEST

The Clean-Trace Protein Plus test is an alternative rapid hygiene test to ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) Bioluminescence – differing in the type of surface residue detected. The Clean-Trace Protein Plus test detects protein residues left on surfaces from food particles.

The test is a semi-quantitative test based on the colour change of the reaction.   If the test turns green, this indicates the surface is clean. The test is complete within 10 minutes of activation of the swab. With R&D and manufacturing of these products located in the UK, customers can be assured of the highest levels of technical support, training and customer service.
